Technical maintenance of concerts and events

Technical production takes a special place in planning and bringing any kind of events to life. From the moment of receiving a client brief to shipping the equipment to the location and its disassembly after the event, Bita Music technical team is responsible for proper organization of the project.

On an event planning stage, it's important to define client's technical demands and to form a basic equipment rider. Thorough visualisation of a project is the best decision in terms of saving time for both the client and our technical team. A 3D model that represents the concept of an event through visual means allows one to analyse all technical moments and create an optimal work plan.

The best proof of our professionalism and high quality of services is our history of technical production for such large-scale projects as official address of U.S. president Bill Clinton in Kyiv (1995); inaugurations of president of Ukraine Leonid Kuchma (1996, 2000) and president of Ukraine Vitkor Yuschenko (2005); organising concerts of such stars as Julio Iglesias, Robert Plant, Sting, Scorpions, Chris Norman, Bryan Adams, La Toya Jackson, Patricia Kaas, Toto Cutugno, Goran Bregović, Emir Kusturica, Gipsy Kings, Vanessa May, Samatha Fox, etc. in Ukraine; organisation of Christian music shows by internationally famous american televangelist Benny Hinn in Paris, Barcelona, Helsinki, Riga, Moscow and Kyiv (1997, 1998).

Bita Music has taken part in concert tours throughout Ukraine, Russia and Germany (1998, 1999, 2000) with Alla Pugacheva, Phillip Kirkorov, Sofiya Rotaru, DDT, Irina Allegrova, Larisa Dolina, Alexander Malinin, Iosif Kobzon and other performers.

Our company has extensive experience from cooperation with leading Ukrainian TV channels “1+1” and “Інтер” (Inter). We had involvement in production of TV projects such as singing TV contests "Суперзірка" (Superstar), "Зірка+Зірка" (Star+Star) (2 seasons) and "Голос Країни" (Voice of the Country) (1 season), dancing TV contests “МАЙДАН,S" (MAIDANS) (3 seasons) and "Танцюю для тебе" (Dancing for You) (2 seasons), cooking TV contest "Пекельна кухня" (Hell Kitchen) (3 seasons), etc.

We also organised all-around technical support for official event, such as Independence Day of Ukraine celebration on Maidan in 1997, 1999, 2004, 2005, 2007, 2011 and 2012, Europe Day celebrations in Kyiv in a period from 2003 to 2008, New Year’s Eve celebration show "Міст тисячоліть" (Bridge of millenniums) staged on the main square of the country, dedicated to 3rd millennium and XXI century (2001).

From 2006 to 2011 we have been the pivotal organiser of stage preparation and service for all large-scale events in hero-city of Odesa – City Day, Victory Day, New Year’s Eve, etc. Cities we have conducted city-, country-scale and thematic events in – Kyiv, Odesa, Sevastopol, Zaporizhzhya, Mariupol, Donetsk, Kryvyy Rih, Vinnytsya, Chernihiv, Cherkasy, Prylyky and many towns and cities in Kyiv oblast.

During the period from 2007 to 2009, our company has been an official partner of Ukrainian beach football association and has assisted the creation of mobile beach football stadiums in national tour “Beach football festival”. Summer of 2007 has seen 5 stadiums, 1800 seats total, 2008 – 8 stadiums, 3500 seats total, in Odesa, Kyiv, Kremenchuk, Zaporizhzhya, Sevastopol, Illichivsk, Kharkiv and Dnipro city.

During UEFA Euro 2012 football championship, held in Ukraine and Poland, Bita Music was a general subcontractor in main stage construction to a French firm Supervision and was supplying the official fan-zone in Donetsk. In addition our company was a general subcontractor to an Italian company Filmmaster Events in preparing and conducting the Euro 2012 closing ceremony at Olympic National Sport Complex.

Bita Music has experience in organising all-around technical support and design production for large-scale net marketing seminars. We worked with U.S. company Amwаy marketing system Network 21 (2014 – 2020); marketing system United Diamonds (2010 – 2013); U.S. company NSP (2009, 2011); U.S. company FFI (2013); Russian company Art Life (2008).

In 2013 Bita Music was a technical partner in charge of lighting and video accompaniment for OSCE Summit, held in Kyiv International Exhibition Centre.

In 2014 Bita Music was one of technical subcontractors during 2014 Olympic Games in Sochi, working directly under International Olympic Committee.

From 2016 to 2018 Bita Music was a technical partner to Atlas Weekend musical festival, offering an array of special stage constructions, including the main stage.

Two projects we were conducting technical support for are officially included into Guinness World Records. Those were the biggest TV project in the world “МАЙДАН,S” for “Інтер” TV channel (Bita Music was responsible for stage constructions in season 1 and LED screen equipment in seasons 2 and 3) and longest live musical TV marathon of traditional song “Пісня об’єднує нас!” (The song unites us!) in which Bita Music was conducting sound support for live streaming.
